Step into stillness for a deeply restorative overnight retreat immersed in an array of wellbeing offerings. Join us at the lovely Denham Grove Hotel for a nurturing overnight retreat designed to restore balance to body, mind and spirit. Feb 7th 2026 9am start. All meals included. Your journey begins with an Energy Clearing Ritual using reiki, sound and sage to release tension and set calm intentions for the weekend. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of experiences including reiki drumming and mantras, Molly’s signature Connect & Flow free-movement session, meditations, a mindful art session, mindfulness workshop on sleep, inner calm and reducing stress, to help you truly relax and let go. Oracle card readings, sharing and much more. As evening falls, enjoy quiet time to rest, reflect or make the most of the hotel’s facilities. You may also choose to book an in-room massage or reiki treatment for extra rejuvenation before dinner. At 9 pm, surrender to the ultimate relaxation with a Floating Sound Bath- an immersive experience of sound and reiki in the warm pool, surrounded by soft candlelight. Lie back on comfortable airbeds as the vibrations flow, gently soothing the nervous system and guiding you into deep rest then stroll to your room to enjoy a wonderful night sleep. Day 2: Self guided morning of journaling/ mindful movement using provided material. Breakfast is served, followed by time to enjoy the spa facilities before checkout at noon. The Floating Sound Bath at the hotel pool starts at 9pm. Sunday you have time for self guided sessions and use of the spa facilities. Room options: Single occupancy- £349pp Double occupancy- £299pp (Please email us the name of the person you will be sharing your room with) Option to pay in installments. Please pay the deposit option of £165. Non refundable. Final balance (£184 for single occupancy and £134 for double occupancy) due 14 days before the retreat starts. Option to add on private reiki or massage. A full timetable of the retreat will be sent upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
I agree to complete the health form and sign the waiver at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session and email it to support@floatingsoundbath.co.uk (Health form and waiver can be found on the bookings page) A full refund will be provided for those deemed not medically suitable. I understand that failure to complete the health form and waiver may result in me not being able to participate in the session. Floating Sound Bath UK do not carry paper copies of the form. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to ensure a prompt start. if you are more than 10 minutes late of the session starting, you may not be able to participate. No refund can be provided for late arrivals unless agreed in advance with a member of staff from Floating Sound Bath UK. I understand the if I have booked an outdoor event and the weather is not suitable on the day, the session may be cancelled and alternative date or location will be offered. In the event that I am unable to attend an alternative date or location, I will be provided with a full refund. Cancellation policy: As our events are usually fully booked, we cannot provide a refund for an event once you have booked. However, if you are unable to attend for any reason, we are happy to transfer you to another available date as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice before your session starts. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We are unable to hold spaces. Thank you
