Cancellation Policy
I agree to complete the health form and sign the waiver at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session and email it to support@floatingsoundbath.co.uk (Health form and waiver can be found on the bookings page) A full refund will be provided for those deemed not medically suitable. I understand that failure to complete the health form and waiver may result in me not being able to participate in the session. Floating Sound Bath UK do not carry paper copies of the form. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to ensure a prompt start. if you are more than 10 minutes late of the session starting, you may not be able to participate. No refund can be provided for late arrivals unless agreed in advance with a member of staff from Floating Sound Bath UK. I understand the if I have booked an outdoor event and the weather is not suitable on the day, the session may be cancelled and alternative date or location will be offered. In the event that I am unable to attend an alternative date or location, I will be provided with a full refund. Cancellation policy: As our events are usually fully booked, we cannot provide a refund for an event once you have booked. However, if you are unable to attend for any reason, we are happy to transfer you to another available date as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice before your session starts. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We are unable to hold spaces. Thank you
